I have been passionate about photography for as long as I can remember. As a self-taught photographer, I have developed a keen eye for detail and a love of exploration and experimentation.
Throughout my life, I have sold and donated a number of prints to private clients and charitable organisations, and I am currently working on my first photographic book, Wonder Wall.
Photography has been a serious and enduring passion, and over the years I have used equipment from many of the industry’s leading manufacturers, including Canon, Nikon, Minolta, Fujifilm, and Sony. Despite this, I have always had a particular affection for Olympus (OM System) equipment. You can read more about that on my My Life in Cameras page.
Since retiring from corporate life, I have been able to dedicate even more of my time to photography digital artwork, all inspired by my iphotography. A selection of these pieces will soon be available to purchase through my online store.
I love the outdoors and experiencing nature, which was one of the reasons for choosing Morayshire as my UK home.
In China, my home is also very close to nature and the Tianyun mountains, where I watch the sunrise 300 plus days per year. I live approximately 65km northeast of Beijing.
